Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Deposits

nz677 accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in the name of the nz677 account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Where nz677 identifies that a deposit has originated from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the account restricted pending investigation.

Deposits credited to your nz677 wallet are for the purpose of placing wagers on the platform's games. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

nz677's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your nz677 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nz677 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nz677 makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform or its games.

Account Suspension and Termination

nz677 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance in the account will be held by nz677 during the investigation period. Where a final determination of a Terms violation is made, balances associated with the violation may be forfeited. Where no violation is found, the balance will be returned to the account holder.

You may close your nz677 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

Responsible Gaming

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nz677 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
